The Truth

Where the truth is the heart is
Is it true,what we hear is the truth
Is it true, what we see is the truth
Is it true,what we say is the truth
Is it true,what we believe is the truth
Nay,truth is not what one perceives to be the truth
When falsehood is repeated many times
What you hear as truth, is actually untruth
When eyes begin to deceive you
What you see as truth, is actually untruth
When you utter words, when mind forgets
What you say as truth, is actually untruth
When to whims and fancies mortals succumbs
What you believe as truth,is actually untruth
Belief in truth comes from the heart
The truth lies in the heart,the heart never lie
Where the truth is the heart is.
